I've been awarded

I've been tagged by the lovely Heather A. with the Honest Scrap Award and am supposed to share 10 random, honest things about myself. So here goes....

When I was little I used to eat all the filling out of the Oreos in my grandpa's secret cabinet then put the cookie back together, back in the bag and back in the cabinet for him to eat!

This is really gross but I guess I am supposed to be honest so I will share that I used to turn my eyelids inside out cuz I thought it was funny.... I know you will never LOOK at me the same again! lol

I actually really like Lima beans.

I have that same one as Heather in that I love to read... I can sit in the same chair all day and read a good book!

I love trucks!! My dream vehicle is a lifted Quad-cab Ford F-250 in black, guess I better get on that one before I have kids. :)

I actually like it when people do my makeup, you know like when you go to a department store and they do your makeup for you in order to get you to buy something. It just feels really relaxing to me.

I have never broken a bone in my body (I've come close by tearing all the tendons & ligaments in my right arm)

I drive 45 min. each way to have my nails done.

I am a horrible speller!! (I feel bad because I spelled our niece Madison's name wrong for Christmas!)

When I was 13 my family thought I was going to be disfigured because I fell off a scooter face first into the street and really messed up my face. Trust me it was not a pretty picture!

Ultrasound Photo Updates

Ok, I turned the photos sideways so that it kinda looks like they are sitting up. (Seems to be the only way my mom can tell so I thought it might help others as well) We are just shy of 24 weeks.... Only about 12 weeks left to go WooHoo!! Wow some days it just feels like it is flying by!!! Guess I better get crackin on the room! We went for a check up today and I was telling the doc that I thought baby B was just kickin up a storm, but she informed me that it could actually be either one because both of their feet are right next to each other. Baby B is definitely the one cutting off my air supply though... sitting right under my breast bone it feels like!! Baby A is sitting farther down so my bladder gets hit with that one. LOL The first photo is Baby A (Shake) I thought it was a nice profile, we had another one of a wave (always seems to be doing that!) but it was a little blurry. Second photo is Baby B (Bake) sucking a thumb!

.......Shake N Bake........

These might be difficult to understand but we wanted to share them anyway, they kinda look like little aliens right now. LOL Baby B (aka: Bake) was being very difficult today and did not want to be photographed much. Baby A (aka: Shake) was really liking the photos and we were able to see a lot more of him or her. Almost a week...

It has been almost a week since I said Goodbye... Last Saturday was probably the second hardest day of my life so far, it was the day that I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Neon of 13 1/2 years. My mind was and has been flooded with so many memories since that day.  I got Neon through the Guide Dog program to raise as a seeing eye dog.  He was special because they had brought him in from NY so that he would become a breeder with the CA program.  I remember the day I received the news that my puppy was here and I was getting a golden!  I arrived at the puppy ceramony Dec. 21, 1997 and fell in love for the first time in my life!!! Neon was only 8 weeks old when I got him.  He went everywhere with me... movies, restaurants, college, etc.. until he was 18 months old at which time I had to return him to the program (and I thought I would never see him again).  I received a call from the school about 6 months later letting me know that they were releasing Neon from the program because of
