Holidays

Wow I can't believe the Holidays have already come and gone and we've started a New Year~
Our December was very busy!  We went to several different light shows and Christmas musicals, which were all fabulous!!  This year was a little different in the fact that we spent Christmas Eve and day without my mom & step-dad as they went up to MT.  My dad however was here so it was the first year we have celebrated Christmas with him so close to the date and not a few weeks later. :) 
Christmas day was spent with Wayne's family as is our tradition and it felt nice not to be rushed to get there.  We just wished it would have been cooler than 80!!

Our lack of normal traditions didn't stop there, the day after Christmas we did not head up to CO like usual... We chose to stay closer to home and rented a cabin in Flag for a few days.  We were really bummed there was no snow this year! :(  But since we were sick I guess it didn't matter to much because we stayed inside for the most part.

 Christmas Morning bright and early.... Nah just kidding only mommy was up at 6.  Boys all slept until 8!!

Birthday evening consisted of bowling!  It was so much fun to watch the boys!!

Ultrasound Photo Updates

Ok, I turned the photos sideways so that it kinda looks like they are sitting up. (Seems to be the only way my mom can tell so I thought it might help others as well) We are just shy of 24 weeks.... Only about 12 weeks left to go WooHoo!! Wow some days it just feels like it is flying by!!! Guess I better get crackin on the room! We went for a check up today and I was telling the doc that I thought baby B was just kickin up a storm, but she informed me that it could actually be either one because both of their feet are right next to each other. Baby B is definitely the one cutting off my air supply though... sitting right under my breast bone it feels like!! Baby A is sitting farther down so my bladder gets hit with that one. LOL The first photo is Baby A (Shake) I thought it was a nice profile, we had another one of a wave (always seems to be doing that!) but it was a little blurry. Second photo is Baby B (Bake) sucking a thumb!

.......Shake N Bake........

These might be difficult to understand but we wanted to share them anyway, they kinda look like little aliens right now. LOL Baby B (aka: Bake) was being very difficult today and did not want to be photographed much. Baby A (aka: Shake) was really liking the photos and we were able to see a lot more of him or her. Almost a week...

It has been almost a week since I said Goodbye... Last Saturday was probably the second hardest day of my life so far, it was the day that I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Neon of 13 1/2 years. My mind was and has been flooded with so many memories since that day.  I got Neon through the Guide Dog program to raise as a seeing eye dog.  He was special because they had brought him in from NY so that he would become a breeder with the CA program.  I remember the day I received the news that my puppy was here and I was getting a golden!  I arrived at the puppy ceramony Dec. 21, 1997 and fell in love for the first time in my life!!! Neon was only 8 weeks old when I got him.  He went everywhere with me... movies, restaurants, college, etc.. until he was 18 months old at which time I had to return him to the program (and I thought I would never see him again).  I received a call from the school about 6 months later letting me know that they were releasing Neon from the program because of
