Phantom of the Opera


Have you ever heard the music from a play and just feel like it moves you so much, gosh I don't even know if I can quite explain it right.... We went to see The Phantom of the Opera on Saturday night with our best friends Seth & Shauna to celebrate our Anniversaries that are later this month. We had such a great time!! Wayne was the only one who had not seen the actual play before (he had only seen the movie). Seth did an awesome job and got us seats smack in the middle. We were so close we could actually see the performers faces!! Before we went in we all looked at each other laughing and said... Ok no one is allowed to sing the songs out loud! Of course I asked them all later if they could hear me humming along (thankfully they didn't so that means I didn't embarrass myself like I thought! LOL)
The Phantom of the Opera is my favorite play ever!!! There is just something about the music that takes my breath away and gives me goosebumps all the while making me feel like I could just belt those songs out and sound just as good!! LOL like that would ever happen!
Well unfortunately I had forgotten my camera at work so the only photos that we were able to get of all of us dressed up was with our video camera and I was so bummed because none of the pictures turned out!!! :( We tried cell phones etc.. and nothing turned out. I wanted so badly to capture our evening out because Seth NEVER dresses up, the last time I saw him dressed up was at our wedding 4 years ago, so I wanted one good shot of the 4 of us to show our future children! Hahaha

Ok, I turned the photos sideways so that it kinda looks like they are sitting up. (Seems to be the only way my mom can tell so I thought it might help others as well) We are just shy of 24 weeks.... Only about 12 weeks left to go WooHoo!! Wow some days it just feels like it is flying by!!! Guess I better get crackin on the room! We went for a check up today and I was telling the doc that I thought baby B was just kickin up a storm, but she informed me that it could actually be either one because both of their feet are right next to each other. Baby B is definitely the one cutting off my air supply though... sitting right under my breast bone it feels like!! Baby A is sitting farther down so my bladder gets hit with that one. LOL The first photo is Baby A (Shake) I thought it was a nice profile, we had another one of a wave (always seems to be doing that!) but it was a little blurry. Second photo is Baby B (Bake) sucking a thumb!

.......Shake N Bake........

These might be difficult to understand but we wanted to share them anyway, they kinda look like little aliens right now. LOL Baby B (aka: Bake) was being very difficult today and did not want to be photographed much. Baby A (aka: Shake) was really liking the photos and we were able to see a lot more of him or her. Almost a week...

It has been almost a week since I said Goodbye... Last Saturday was probably the second hardest day of my life so far, it was the day that I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Neon of 13 1/2 years. My mind was and has been flooded with so many memories since that day.  I got Neon through the Guide Dog program to raise as a seeing eye dog.  He was special because they had brought him in from NY so that he would become a breeder with the CA program.  I remember the day I received the news that my puppy was here and I was getting a golden!  I arrived at the puppy ceramony Dec. 21, 1997 and fell in love for the first time in my life!!! Neon was only 8 weeks old when I got him.  He went everywhere with me... movies, restaurants, college, etc.. until he was 18 months old at which time I had to return him to the program (and I thought I would never see him again).  I received a call from the school about 6 months later letting me know that they were releasing Neon from the program because of
